Kids Program Schedule

Our kids program is divided into three separate classes to cater to different age groups:

• Ages 4-5: 4:00 to 4:30 PM
• Ages 6-7: 4:30 to 5:15 PM
• Ages 8-14: 5:15 to 6:00 PM

Classes are held five days a week, providing consistent practice and growth opportunities.

Adult Program

Our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is conducted in a controlled environment where safety is paramount. We offer a comprehensive curriculum covering fundamental techniques, self-defense, and basic submissions. Our classes promote weight loss, functional strength, stress relief, and self-confidence.
